Account Deletion Process

We value your privacy and provide a straightforward way for you to request the deletion of your account and all associated data. To comply with Google Play Store requirements and to ensure your data is handled securely, we process deletion requests via email.

How to Request Deletion

To delete your account and all associated personal information, please follow these steps:

  1. Compose an email: Using the email address associated with your Disciplock account, send a message to our support team.
  2. Subject line: Use "Account Deletion Request" as the subject.
  3. Recipient: Send the email to support@disciplock.app.
  4. Confirmation: Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity (if necessary) and proceed with the deletion. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

What Data is Deleted?

Upon your request, the following information will be permanently removed from our systems:

  • Your account profile (email address, name).
  • Settings and preferences.
  • Focus session history and statistics.
  • Connections with accountability partners.
  • Any other personal information linked to your account.

Note: This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered.
